"...Amazing! The. . .CD is terrific! Josh has always amazed me with his amazing voice. The man never ages! He sounds as crisp, clear and fresh as he did when I first saw him nearly 25 years ago! Great selection of songs and the settings are perfect!"

A master of vocal inflection and involvement, Josh White, Jr. pushes his envelope and shows why he is considered one of music's premier vocalists and performers….This disc warrants awards, rave reviews, and all the attention possible! Solid folk/blues, nothing short of magnificent!"  Mark A. Cole Big City Blues (Feb-Mar 2000)

"Josh White, Jr. has recorded a powerful tribute with 11 of his father's songs. He has mastered his father's guitar and vocal techniques. . ." (Montreal Gazette)

There is a Chinese proverb that says: "If there is light in the soul, there is beauty in the person; If there is beauty in the person, there will be harmony in the home; If there is harmony in the home, there is peace in the heart."

May your life be filled with beauty; may your heart be filled with peace and together we will rise and be respectful for the identity and dignity of all creation. And together we will strive toward a world free of fear and hatred. Confucius said it so poignantly, "Our greatest glory is not in never failing but in rising every time we fail."

Living History (formerly Storyliving) ~ in 1991, Josh teamed up with the founder of Story Living, Rändi Douglas. Living History is an interactive educational outreach program. The purpose is to teach history and social studies using kinesthetic, multiple intelligence activities and as Josh says, "It is where you become the people you are learning about and then when you become emotionally involved, you never forget." And all this happens in the classroom with music, imagination and role-playing. Sessions are held in schools from third grade and up, universities, churches, temples, community centers and at seminars."I hear and I forget ~ I see and I remember ~ I do and I understand" Contact for information/booking.
