June 20 - The Museum of the City of New York and WFUV Radio announce Special Folk Concert to benefit the upcoming exhibition Folk City. The concert will be held at 8:00 PM at the New York Academy of Medicine at 1216 Fifth Avenue at 103rd Street.
Headliners include: John Wesley Harding, Peter Yarrow, Lucy Kaplansky, Langhorne Slim, A.C. Newman, Josh White, Jr., David Hadju, Izzy Young.
The funds from this concert will help develop, create, and curate Folk City: New York and the American Folk Music Revival
